Join us in the historic 1903 Green Briar Jam Kitchen and make your own batch of something special for your table or to give as a gift. All materials are provided, and participants take home four to six (6oz.) jars of finished product.

 Stay with us for 2 nights any weekend during January – April 2012 and receive a free ticket to a jam making class at Green Briar Jam Kitchen (a $38 value).

Visit this wonderful “living museum” where you may view and learn the cooking process of making jams from fresh ingredients. So, come visit us on the Cape, learn how to make yummy creations like Cranberry Apple or Peach Jam, Ginger Rhubarb Jam, Strawberry Apricot Jam…and many more delicious flavors.
